SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are currently shipped Tuesday-Friday only – no weekends or holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and carefully packed before shipping. We currently ship within the U.S only. Please note that free standard delivery takes 5-8 business days.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of purchase for store credit. We do not accept returns of opened and used products. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please, don't be shy! Give us a ring or email if you have any concerns about your product(s).

Order the wrong product or size? No problem! If you would like to exchange your unopened and unused product, please send us an email at info@hbjhair.com. Please note that we only honor item replacements if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
